Manage your BizPhone features

Hunt Group

A Hunt Group allows a single incoming call to be diverted to several BizPhone handsets according to the Group Policy (i.e. rules) you set up. For example, you may wish to have all of your BizPhone handsets ring simultaneously, or ring in a sequential order based on who’s gone the longest without answering a call.

  • Hunt Group Introduction covers general settings, including how to add users to a Hunt Group, and how to enable call forwarding if calls to the Hunt Group are not answered/reachable.
  • Hunt Group Call routing explains the different types of Group Policies available, which determine how calls are filtered throughout your Hunt Group, and how to assign a Group Policy to your Hunt Group.

Auto Attendant

Auto Attendant is a voice menu system that plays a recorded greeting to incoming callers and allows them to choose to be directed to an internal extension. For example, callers could dial 1 to speak with Sales, or 2 to speak with the Help Desk.
