What a crock. YOU offered free prize if I filled out a staff assessment. Small shipping cost was required for the prize. My credit card was ripped off and had to be cancelled. You would not accept responsibility. Since then I have paid monthly directly.
Overseas for two months so paid in advance. The credit card YOU caused to be cancelled and want to use does not work. I owe 9 cents and and you are threatening to cut me off. What a pack of [redacted] you are.
Bet you have not got the guts to contact me.

      Hi Peter,

Sounds like you may have unknowingly been led astray by a popup advertisement pretending to be your service provider. These scams tend to offer free materials and other products such as electronic devices as a means to secure your credit card information through the requirement of a ‘shipping charge’ and are in no way actually associated with us. You can read more about this on the Scamwatch website here:

We’d recommend speaking to your bank’s fraud and security team about any other concerns you have.
