1. Visit our online shop, view our plans, and choose the one the best suits you.
2. Enter and confirm your details. During this steps, you’ll be asked whether you’d like to keep your existing number or get a new one. If you choose to keep your number, you’ll receive an SMS with a unique porting authorisation code – just pop that in and then you can complete your order.
3. Your SIM card will be on its way to your address! It should arrive in around 2 to 5 working days and when it does, simply choose the right size SIM card for your phone, slot it in, and login to Toolbox to activate.
4. If you are keeping your existing number, it will take about 24 hours for it to move over from your previous provider to iiNet. We recommend that you keep using your old SIM card until porting is complete, which will be when you old SIM stops working.
