The BizPhone Self Service Portal empowers you to take care of business without calling in the techs. Here’s just some of what you can do online:

  • Turn on or off your call forward settings. Leaving the office and the team are on holidays? No worries, just direct the phones to your mobile while you’re on the move.
  • Set up customised schedules for business or after hours, or while the team are away over the Christmas holidays.
  • Update your voicemail message by uploading a new audio recording to the portal.

    We have found the iinet bizphone system to be extremely cumbersome and difficult to use in our small business. For example, the voicemail recorded message keeps changing back to an earlier message that we no longer wish to use. When we try to change it via the portal it does not load despite a message saying the file is already uploaded. We have lost hours trying to rerecord and save a new message via the phone and it wotrks 1/20 times, then returns to the old message. Not impressed and wish we’d never signed a contract for 12 months.
