Refresh your contract at your new address and there’ll be no broadband activation fees, no contract break fees on your existing broadband service, and if applicable, you’ll also receive discounts on new line connections or NBN™ New Development Fees.
Give our friendly movers team a call and you can decide your disconnection date and the connection date at your new address. For those who may be leasing or still planning, we have flexible contract options but it’s worth noting the significant savings when you take up a new contract. If you move again within less than 24 months, you can just refresh your contract again at your new address to avoid new broadband activation fees and any contract break fees. Easy peasy!
