I understand the hunger pains of a tech addict. That insatiable appetite for the new and shiny. Technology is the one thing that actually seems to move fast enough to satisfy even the smallest of attention spans; the only trouble is keeping up with it! Thankfully, the iiOnlineStore has got you covered for the latest devices and some of the hottest deals. We check out what’s new on the iiOnlineStore as well as give you a few ideas for some original Mother’s Day gifts.

It’s on sale!

One of the most glorious words in the English language is: Sale! I can’t help feel a thrill when I see it plastered on my favourite brands and products, and when it comes to sales, we don’t disappoint. The iiOnlineStore currently has some cool products up for sale (while stocks last!)

Innergie PocketCell Plus

innergie pocketcell

This cute palm-sized device is compact enough to keep tucked away in a handbag or pocket, so you can keep it by your side. But don’t let its small stature fool you; it packs a powerful punch with an impressive 6000mAh capacity and its dual USB ports mean you can charge two tablets or smartphones at once. If your Mum loves her devices, the Innergie PocketCell Plus may just be her battery-life savior this Mother’s Day.

Dog and Bone Wireless Charging Case + Pad

DAB-IP5BWS06_Case-Charger

Calling all Apple fanatics, this one is for you. This shock-proof case not only looks spiffy and offers protection, but it also allows for wireless charging when placed on the plugged-in charging pad. It’s Qi compatible so you can charge at any Qi hotspot.

The great thing about wireless charging is not having to muck around with cables every time you need to charge your phone: just keep the pad plugged in and place the phone on the pad to charge. This also means if your phone is ringing on charge you can pick it straight up, instead of having to unplug. What a great gift to simplify Mum’s life.

Other great products

Zmodo 720p wireless security camera

Zmodo_720P_Camera_Front

If your home is in need of a security upgrade, your Mum may appreciate the gift of peace of mind. This security camera is simple to set up: connect the cables, plug the camera in, download the Zsight app, and scan the QR-Code. Easy! Then just log on to your preferred compatible device to keep an eye on things at home in real time.

The camera has some pretty cool features such as: night vision, motion sensor alerts and two-way audio so when you see the dog jump on the couch or the cat scratch up the furniture you can give them a surprise by telling them off when you’re not even in the room. (Mum always said she had eyes in the back of her head.)

iiNet wireless bridge

pair-of-white-bridges

This is the perfect device for anyone who loves to watch iiNet TV with Fetch, including Mum. No need to run cables along the floor from the modem to your set top box, where they can be tripped on or fall victim to the incessant chewing of some of your furrier family members.

The wireless bridge wirelessly connects the modem to network devices like iiNet TV with Fetch and is able to effortlessly stream data such as HD video between the two. The bridge means less interruptions and a more seamless viewing experience.

So to all the Mums out there: what kind of tech gadgets or accessories are you most interested in? Let us know in the comments below.

It would be a lot more relevant if the ‘hot’?? items in the store were dated 2015 and NOT 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????

  3. Pogo says:

    “sneak peak”? Really?

A commercial website can’t manage to actually proofread and correct their blurb?

What does this say for the qc on their products?

  4. John Harris says:

And on the subject of spelling, the word “duel” is used on the above webpage to describe the two USB ports in the Innergie PocketCell Plus charging device. There has been an incorrect use of the word “duel” in this sentence.

This type of “duel” refers to a battle between people, such as a sword or gun fighting duel. The correct word to use in the above paragraph is “dual”, meaning double or twin USB ports.

  5. Tony says:

Yes John Harris Thanks for that information on the two Duel’s as I to did not know that but now do cheers mate.
